My Aged Care – is the entry point to the aged care system, providing information on ageing and aged care. It is an important reference to arrange assessments and the starting point to find/ access services in aged care. https://www.myagedcare.gov.au

The Australian Department of Human Services – provides information for the ageing relating to concessions & benefits. Ageing Australians who wish to receive a government supported service such as a home care package, must have their income and assets assessed by Centrelink prior to entering into an agreement. https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/

Carer Gateway – developed for carers, it is a national online and phone service. The Carer Gateway helps carers access information and advice and connects them with support services in their community. https://www.carergateway.gov.au

The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) – provides support and services to former and serving members and their families via a range of benefits. https://www.dva.gov.au
